Dr. Christopher Primley
Prior to moving to Central Oregon, Dr. Primley practiced in Portland and SW Washington, running an office with two other general dentists and an orthodontist. Being able to collaborate across specialties enabled him to provide the best possible outcomes for his patients. He continually pushes himself to learn and grow, and understands that like many things, dentistry is adaptive. Being up-to-date on the most current advances and technologies enables Dr. Primley to offer a wide range of solutions for his patients.
Dr. Primley received his BA in English Literature from the University of Washington. This background gave him the ability to look at clinical scenarios from both a scientific and artistic viewpoint, and is something he prides himself on. Following graduation, he focused on diversifying his skill set before entering into dental school.

The Invisalign Treatment Process
Consultation & Exam
During your first visit, your doctor will take a look at your bite and smile to determine if Invisalign is the right option for you. This is also a great opportunity for you to ask any questions that you may have about your smile, Invisalign, or other treatment options.
Aligner Pick Up
Once you’re approved for treatment, we will take scans or impressions of your teeth to ensure your Invisalign trays fit perfectly. When your aligners arrive at our office, you’ll come and pick them up to begin your treatment.
Check-ins
Once you’re approved for treatment, we will take scans or impressions of your teeth to ensure your Every six weeks or so, you’ll come back to our office to pick up your next few sets of aligners. Every treatment plan is different, so this amount of time may vary based on your needs. These check-ins are essential to ensure your treatment is on track and that your Invisalign trays are fitting properly.

Dr. Blalock grew up on a beef cattle farm in Crossville, TN. The time he spent working on the farm taught Dr. Blalock valuable problem-solving skills and a good work ethic. After Dr. Blalock suffered a dental injury when a cow’s hoof contacted his teeth, his dentist repaired his smile and sparked a fascination for the art of dentistry. Because of that experience, Dr. Blalock realized his calling was to become a dentist. He loves that dental work gives him the ability to work creatively with his hands while interacting with patients and making a positive impact on their lives.
Dr. Blalock graduated Summa Cum Laude from Tennessee Tech University with an undergraduate degree in health science biology. He went on to graduate with honors from the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry
